Absolutely. Many travelers join without knowing anyone beforehand. Group trips are designed to make connection feel natural while still allowing personal time.

Yes. Eligible packages include scheduled payment plans. Your client portal shows the full plan; installments must be paid in order, and the next eligible installment may be paid early.

Select packages include round-trip airfare from designated departure hubs. Every trip page clearly states whether flights are included and from which city.

Yes. A Plus Trips plans international travel for couples, families and private groups. Submit requests at least six months before your desired travel date whenever possible.

Deposits are nonrefundable. Eligible voluntary group-trip cancellations may receive travel credit under the cancellation windows and supplier-deduction rules in your booking terms. Official requests must be submitted through your client portal.

Possibly! We understand that work schedules and PTO can make it difficult to attend every day of a trip. For select trips, A Plus Trips may be able to approve a later arrival or earlier departure depending on the itinerary and travel arrangements. However, attending fewer days does not automatically make the package less expensive. Our group trips are priced as complete travel experiences, and many accommodations, activities, transportation services, guides, and other vendor costs may already be reserved or contracted for the full trip. If you need a shorter stay, contact A Plus Trips before booking whenever possible. We'll review the specific trip and let you know whether shortened participation is possible and whether any modified pricing is available.

Single-occupancy options are available on select trips for an additional cost and are subject to availability.
