At A Plus Trips, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences while maintaining transparency, fairness, and clear expectations. Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking. By submitting payment to A Plus Trips, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined below.
A Plus Trips accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit or debit card
• Zelle
• Apple Pay
• ACH or other electronic payment methods approved by A Plus Trips
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All payments are final once received, except where refunds are expressly permitted under this policy.
• Payments made via Zelle, Apple Pay, ACH, or similar peer-to-peer services are cash-equivalent and non-reversible.
• A Plus Trips is not responsible for payments sent incorrectly due to client error, including incorrect amounts, duplicate payments, or payments sent to the wrong account.
• Payment confirmation timelines vary by provider and may take up to 24 hours.
• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposits secure a traveler’s spot and are applied toward non-recoverable trip arrangements.
• Pricing and availability are not locked until the deposit is received and confirmed.
• If A Plus Trips cancels a group trip, deposits will be fully refunded or transferred without restriction.
• Payments are due on the dates provided at booking unless a customized payment plan is confirmed in writing.
• A 7-day grace period is provided for late payments.
• After 7 days past due, a $50 late fee will apply.
• After 10 days past due, the booking may be canceled and the spot released.
• Rejoining after cancellation is subject to availability, A Plus Trips’ discretion, payment of all past-due balances, and a $100 rejoin fee.
• All payments for group trips are non-refundable.
• Payments may be transferred once to a future group trip, subject to availability and approval.
• Transfer requests must be submitted via email no later than 6 months prior to the original departure date.
• Two or more late payments may result in restricted payment plans for future bookings, including a minimum 50 percent upfront payment.
• A third late payment may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
• Repeated late payments may result in denial of future booking privileges.
• All private trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
• Deposits secure the initial itinerary scope, number of travelers, room count, and room type configurationconfirmed during planning.
Private trip pricing is based on the number of travelers, room count, room type, and services confirmed during the planning process.
• All quoted pricing is subject to change until a deposit is received.
• Pricing may fluctuate due to availability, vendor rate changes, or changes in participant count.
• No pricing, rooms, or services are secured without a confirmed deposit.
• Once a deposit is received, the client’s base trip price is locked based on the confirmed number of paid travelersand room configuration at that time.
• If the number of travelers decreases and vendor pricing is impacted, A Plus Trips reserves the right to adjust final balances accordingly.
• If the number of travelers increases and results in improved pricing, any savings may be applied at A Plus Trips’ discretion.
• Pricing adjustments caused by participant count changes are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Major modifications requested after deposit submission are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, vendor policies, and A Plus Trips’ discretion.
• Major modifications include destination changes, date changes, accommodation category changes, number of travelers, or itinerary restructuring.
• Approved modifications may result in additional costs, revised payment plans, or planning fees.
• If requested modifications are not feasible, the original confirmed itinerary will remain in effect. If the client chooses not to proceed, the booking will be treated as a voluntary cancellation and handled strictly in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
• Room occupancy is based strictly on the room type and occupancy details communicated and confirmed during planning.
• Room count is determined only by the number of travelers who have submitted the required deposit or full payment.
• Unpaid or unconfirmed travelers are not entitled to room allocation, private rooms, or additional rooms.
• A Plus Trips does not assume private rooms, additional rooms, or special occupancy needs unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing prior to deposit submission.
• Failure to communicate room preferences before payment does not obligate A Plus Trips to provide additional rooms.
• Assumptions made by the client do not override what was paid for and confirmed.
• If the number of paid travelers changes, room assignments will be adjusted to reflect paid occupancy only.
• Requests for additional rooms or private occupancy after deposit confirmation are treated as room add-ons and priced at current market rates, subject to availability.
• Failure to pay for approved room changes by the stated deadline will result in the original room configuration remaining in place.
• Room add-ons or upgrades requested after deposit submission are priced at the current market rate at the time of request.
• Original pricing is not guaranteed for add-ons requested after deposit confirmation.
• Approved add-ons must be paid in full by the stated deadline or may be removed without refund.
• Within 48 hours of booking: 100 percent refund of payments made, minus the deposit
• 90 days or more before departure: 75 percent refund, minus deposit and vendor penalties
• 61–89 days before departure: 50 percent refund, minus deposit and vendor penalties
• 31–60 days before departure: 25 percent refund, minus deposit and vendor penalties
• 30 days or less before departure: no refund
• Cost increases resulting from client-initiated changes are not grounds for free cancellation.
• If a client chooses not to proceed due to a price increase caused by their own request, the cancellation is treated as voluntary and processed according to the applicable refund policy.
• Vendor names, contracts, pricing structures, and booking sources are confidential and proprietary.
• A Plus Trips is not required to disclose vendor identities.
• A Plus Trips remains the sole point of contact for all arrangements.
A Plus Trips is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost or damaged luggage, or airline refund decisions.
A Plus Trips is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control. Vendor policies apply.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients who decline coverage accept full financial responsibility.
Failure to attend any portion of a booked trip results in no refund or credit.
Eligible refunds are processed within 30 business days. Vendor-related refunds may take up to 60 business days.
• A Plus Trips reserves the right to cancel any booking with prior notice.
• All decisions regarding pricing, private-trip room allocation, refunds, and exceptions are made at A Plus Trips’ discretion.
