A Plus Trips Payment & Refund Policy
At A Plus Trips, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while maintaining transparency in our payment and refund process. Below is our detailed policy regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Deposit Policy
- Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation request is made within 3 days (72 hours) of payment.
- After 3 days, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Payment Refund & Transfer Policy
1. Payments Beyond Deposit
- Cancellations within 30 days of payment: Payments beyond the deposit are 100% transferrable to a future trip OR refundable, minus a 15% processing fee.
- Cancellations 31-60 days after payment: Payments are 50% transferrable to a future trip. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations in this timeframe.
- Cancellations beyond 60 days of payment: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Cancellations within 60 days of trip departure: All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Payments Made in Full: Refunds or transfers for fully paid trips will follow the timelines outlined above.
2. Refund Processing Time
- For eligible refunds, please allow 5-7 business days for processing after the cancellation request is approved.
If A Plus Trips Cancels Your Trip
In the rare event that A Plus Trips cancels a trip for any reason:
- You will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
- If cancellation is due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds may depend on vendor policies. In such cases, payments may be transferrable to a future trip instead.
Third-Party Booking Disclaimer
- A Plus Trips acts as a third-party booking company for flights and other travel services.
- We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the airline.
- Lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.
- Refunds or changes to flight bookings, which are subject to the airline’s policies.
- Refunds for flights will be handled according to the airline’s policies and may involve additional processing times or fees.
Late Payments & Forfeiture
- Payment plans must be followed as scheduled.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of the grace period, the booking will be forfeited, and all money paid, including the deposit, will be non-refundable.
Force Majeure Events
Refunds may not be provided for cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Payments may be transferrable to a future trip depending on vendor policies.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.
