Refund and cancellation policy

A Plus Trips Payment, Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy


At A Plus Trips, we are committed to providing elevated travel experiences with clear expectations and transparent policies. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


A Plus Trips accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit or debit card
• Zelle/Paypal

By submitting payment, you agree that:
• All payments are final once received, except where a refund is explicitly stated in this policy
• Payments made via Zelle, Apple Pay, ACH, or similar services are cash equivalent and non-reversible
• A Plus Trips is not responsible for payments sent in error, including incorrect amounts, duplicate payments, or incorrect recipient details
• Payment processing and confirmation may take up to 24 hours depending on provider


GROUP TRIPS POLICY

 Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Deposits secure your spot and are applied toward non-recoverable trip arrangements
• Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until deposit is received and confirmed
• If A Plus Trips cancels a trip, all deposits will be fully refunded or transferred without restriction


Payment Schedule, Late Fees & Non-Payment

• Payments are due on the scheduled dates unless otherwise confirmed in writing
• A 7-day grace period is provided for late payments
• After 7 days, a $50 late fee will apply
• After 10 days past due, the booking may be canceled and the spot released
• Rejoining after cancellation is subject to availability, approval, payment of all past-due balances, and a $100 rejoin fee


Traveler Cancellations (Group Trips)

• All payments are non-refundable
• One-time transfers to a future group trip may be allowed, subject to availability and approval
• Transfer requests must be submitted by email at least 6 months prior to departure


Payment Behavior & Booking Eligibility

• Two or more late payments may result in restricted payment plan options for future trips, including a minimum 50% upfront requirement
• Three late payments may result in removal from a trip without refund
• Repeated late payment behavior may result in denial of future booking privileges
