At A Plus Trips, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while maintaining transparency in our payment and refund process. Below is our detailed policy regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds. At A Plus Trips, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can provide the best possible experience for all travelers. Please review the following terms before booking:
1. Deposits
• All deposits are non-refundable, and non-transferable
• Deposits secure your spot and go toward trip arrangements that are non-recoverable if you cancel.
• If A Plus Trips cancels the trip, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred without restriction.
2. Payment Schedule, Late Fees & Cancellations
• Payments are due on the scheduled dates provided at booking unless you have requested in email a customized itinerary.
• A 7-day grace period is allowed for missed payments.
• After 7 days past due, a $50 late fee will be applied.
• After 10 days past due, the booking is subject to cancellation, and all previous payments will be subject to the refund policy. After 10 days, your spot becomes available for other travelers and should you wish to rejoin, upon availability, you will be required to settle past due amount.
• If your spot is canceled due to non-payment, you may be allowed to rejoin the trip only if availability remains and at A Plus Trips' discretion. A $100 rejoin fee will apply and must be paid along with past due amount before rejoining.
3. Cancellation by Traveler
If you need to cancel your trip, please keep in mind payments are non-refundable. Payments can be transferred ONCE for a single trip.
4. Transfer of Booking
• If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another traveler who meets trip requirements. All transfers must be approved by A Plus Trips and may be subject to a transfer fee.
•You may transfer your trip once for a single trip, request MUST be initiated by client via email no later than 6 months prior to departure date of cancelled trip.
5. Trip Modifications or Cancellations by A Plus Trips
• If A Plus Trips cancels a trip for any reason (except traveler misconduct or failure to make payments), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future trip.
• If trip details (such as dates or accommodations) must change due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be provided.
6. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
• We strongly encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
To maintain fairness for all travelers, clients who consistently delay payments (even if within the 7-day grace period) on two or more occasions during a trip’s payment schedule will be subject to the following:

Once full payment has been received, you are responsible for your ticket. Any flight-related issues must be resolved directly with the airline.

Refunds may not be provided for cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Payments may be transferrable to a future trip depending on vendor policies.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.

A Plus Trips – Private Trip Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value your business and understand that plans may change. The following policy outlines refunds and cancellation terms for private trip clients.
Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Refund Schedule for Other Payments
• Within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund of payments made, minus the deposit.
• Up to 90 days before departure: 75% refund of payments made, minus the deposit and any vendor penalties.
• 61–89 days before departure: 50% refund of payments made, minus the deposit and any vendor penalties.
• 31–60 days before departure: 25% refund of payments made, minus the deposit and any vendor penalties.
• 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by A Plus Trips or Vendors
• If A Plus Trips or a vendor cancels a service, you will receive either a refund or a credit, depending on the vendor’s policies. We will always advocate for the best resolution possible.
Travel Insurance
• Travel insurance is highly recommended. Clients who decline coverage accept full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from cancellation, delays, or unforeseen events.
Force Majeure
• A Plus Trips is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, etc.). Vendor policies will apply, and we will assist in securing any available credits.
No-Show Policy
• Failure to participate in your trip or scheduled activity will result in 100% forfeiture of funds.
