TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Plus Trips Payment & Refund Policy

At A Plus Trips, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while maintaining transparency in our payment and refund process. Below is our detailed policy regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds. At A Plus Trips, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can provide the best possible experience for all travelers. Please review the following terms before booking:


1. Deposits

   •    All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless A Plus Trips cancels the trip.

   •    Deposits secure your spot and go toward trip arrangements that cannot be recovered if you cancel.

2. Payment Schedule, Late Fees & Cancellations

   •    Payments are due on the scheduled dates provided at booking.

   •    A 7-day grace period is allowed for missed payments. 

   •    After 7 days past due, a $75 late fee will be applied.

   •    After 10 days past due, the booking is subject to cancellation, and all previous payments will be subject to the refund policy. After 10 days, your spot becomes available for other travelers and should you wish to rejoin, upon availability, you will be required to settle past due amount.

   •  If your spot is canceled due to non-payment, you may be allowed to rejoin the trip only if availability remains and at A Plus Trips' discretion. A $100 rejoin fee will apply.

3. Cancellation by Traveler

If you need to cancel your trip, refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:

   •    More than 90 days before departure: Refund minus the deposit and 50% non-recoverable costs.

   •    Less than 90 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.

4. Transfer of Booking

   •    If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another traveler who meets trip requirements. All transfers must be approved by A Plus Trips and may be subject to a transfer fee.

5. Trip Modifications or Cancellations by A Plus Trips

   •    If A Plus Trips cancels a trip for any reason (except traveler misconduct or failure to make payments), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future trip.

   •    If trip details (such as dates or accommodations) must change due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be provided.

6. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

   •    We strongly encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.


Chronic Late Payments (Even Within the Grace Period)

To maintain fairness for all travelers, clients who consistently delay payments (even if within the 7-day grace period) on two or more occasions during a trip’s payment schedule will be subject to the following:

  • Future Payment Plans Restricted: You will be required to pay at least 50% of your total trip cost upfront for any future bookings.
  • Risk of Losing Future Booking Privileges: Frequent late payments may result in being denied the ability to book with A Plus Trips in the future.
  • Risk of Losing Spot: A third late payment within the grace period may result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund.

How to Avoid Late Fees & Restrictions

  • Set up automatic payments.
  • Pay at least 24 hours before the due date.
  • Communicate with us in advance if you anticipate a delay—exceptions may be granted at our discretion.


By booking with A Plus Trips, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.


To ensure a seamless and successful trip for all participants, it is crucial to adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Timely payments allow us to secure necessary arrangements, such as accommodations, transportation, and activities, and help ensure that the trip runs smoothly. Delays in payments may affect the trip's logistics or your place in the group, so we kindly ask for your commitment to the payment timeline.

A Plus Trips reserves the right to cancel any secured trip at any time, for any reason, with prior notice provided.

 Refund Processing Time

  • For eligible refunds, please allow 14 business days(excluding holidays and weekends) for processing after the cancellation request is approved.

   

If A Plus Trips Cancels Your Trip

In the rare event that A Plus Trips cancels a trip for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
  • If cancellation is due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refunds may depend on vendor policies. In such cases, payments may be transferrable to a future trip instead.


Third-Party Booking Disclaimer 

A Plus Trips acts as a third-party booking company for flights and other travel services. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Flight Payment Arrangements 

A Plus Trips is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by the airline.
  • Lost, delayed, or damaged luggage.
  • Refunds or modifications to flight bookings, which are subject to the airline’s policies.
  • Any additional fees or processing times associated with airline refunds.

Once full payment has been received, you are responsible for your ticket. Any flight-related issues must be resolved directly with the airline.

Payment Plans, Late Payments & Forfeiture

  • Payment plans must be followed as scheduled.
  • A 7-day grace period is provided for late payments.
  • If full payment is not received within 7 days after the grace period, the system will automatically cancel the reservation, and the booking will be forfeited.
  • All payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service provided. Once a booking is held, funds cannot be recovered if canceled due to non-payment.

By booking through A Plus Trips, you agree to these terms.

Force Majeure Events

Refunds may not be provided for cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Payments may be transferrable to a future trip depending on vendor policies.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Travel insurance can cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances.
